How can I separate my husbands income on my intuit when I’m self employed and he gets a w-2

Unless you're planning to file using the "Married Filing Separately" filing status, you won't.

You'll enter your husband's income under the Wages portion of the TurboTax Interview.  See the TurboTax FAQ below for instructions.
