Can I file taxes with Turbo taxes for a trust? I have an EIN

A Trust tax return, Form 1041, can only be completed using the TurboTax Business Edition.  The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not online or on a Mac.  The Business Editions cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.

    Perhaps! If you are referring to including the income from Form 1041-K1 on your personal individual tax return, then yes. Use the link below for specific instruction.

    If you want to file a trust return (Form 1041) then it can be completed using TurboTax Business. (Click the link to access this software)
