Can I file my personal 1040 and subchapter S Corp 1120S returns using Turbotax Self Employed?

I hope you are talking about 2018 (filed in early 2019) because the corporate return is probably late, with high penalties.

I HIGHLY recommend going to a tax professional for the corporate return.

Also note that, except for the purpose of a self-employed health insurance deduction, you are not self-employed.  You are an employee of the S corp and the S corp is required to pay you a reasonable wage, reported on Form W-2.

Only your personal 1040.  For the sub S you need Turbo Tax Business.  The small business program (TT Business) is for 1120 Corporation, 1120S Corp, 1065 Partnership or 1041 Estate/Trust returns and will not do your personal 1040 return.   It  is a separate program from the Desktop Home & Business program or the Online Self Employed version.

Turbo Tax Business  is not available to do online or on a Mac.  You can buy the Window's version here.  And you can have both TT Business and TT Home & Business (or any personal version) installed on  your computer at the same time.
