Only the 3rd stimulus payment is reported on a 2021 tax return.  The stimulus payments EIP1 and EIP2 were only reported on the 2020 tax return.

No, if you were eligible for the 2020 stimuluses and did not receive them, you would have to file an amended 2020 return to claim them.  If you did not file a 2020 return, you would need to purchase a download version as that cannot be filed online.  If you did file a 2020 return, are you sure you didn't claim it then?  If you didn't and you were eligible you will need to Amend My Return

Look at your Form 1040 for 2020------is there an amount on line 30 of that tax return?    If you see an amount there, you did claim and get the 1st and 2nd stimulus amounts.

And...check your IRS account to see if the IRS says you got the 1st and/or 2nd payment.
