If you're using a CD/Download version of TurboTax, you may get blank screens when navigating through Deductions and Credits.
Some topics in deductions and credits may not load correctly without a good internet connection. Please check your router and modem and restart TurboTax
You can also fill out the Deductions and Credit section(s) you need in Forms mode or by selecting I'll choose what I work on instead of walk me through everything.
Make sure TurboTax and your computer are up-to-date. You can also try using TurboTax on another computer.
