I ran into the SAME ISSUE it seems that TURBOTAX IS ONLY 1/2 updated for the "CARES ACT" which allows those who claim the Standard Deduction to take this additional deduction. IT allows entry but fails the LAST EDIT!  VERY Frustrating indeed. I SURE HOPE TURBOTAX Programmers are monitoring THIS COMMUNITY!
