Federal pensions earned before 1 Oct 1991 are not taxable by the state of Oregon. Pensions that started before 1 Oct 1991 are prorated. The Oregon state tax portion of Turbo Tax is supposed to allow you to enter your dates of service to automatically calculate the prorated portion of federal retirement taxable. There is supposed to be an "add" button on a page to do this. THERE IS NO ADD BUTTON IN MYVERSION OF TURBO TAX. HELP PLEASE
