Need a copy of my 2014 returns and they are not listed

I have been able to find my 2015, 2016 and 2017 tax returns.  I cannot find my 2014 online.  I have a confirmation email that they were accepted so I know I used TT.  I need this for an audit.  Where can I get a copy quickly?

If you completed the 2014 tax return using the online editions of TurboTax it will be available for download as a PDF from the Tax Home website.  If the 2014 tax return is not listed, then either you used a different User ID to create the 2014 tax return then was used for the 2015, 2016, 2017 online returns or you completed the 2014 tax return using the TurboTax CD/Download editions installed on your personal computer.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

Check to see if you have another User ID -

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2014 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
