ICO reject team asking for 8962 and 1095-A. What to reply?

I did not realize my mother in-law is registered in Obama Care. I have shown her as dependent in my tax return. Now I am going to file 1040x to remove. But before that I have a question.

ICO reject team asking for 8962 and 1095-A. What to reply?

Thanks

why are you going to remove her from your tax return?  if she meets the dependent requirements, that will impact the tax credit afforded to you.  and if you remove her, is she going to now file (late?)

doesn't your mother in law need those two forms whether or not she files separately or as a dependent on your return?

I guess I am not following.....

@NCperson

Sorry for confusion.

I will file 1040X to remove as dependent. I have insurance through my employer.

My father in-law will file 1040X to add her (Join Filing.) They have obama care.
