E-File Status in Pending for more than a week

I submitted my federal and state returns last Monday 2/25.  Both are still in pending status.  How can I find out why they have not been accepted yet?  It's been over 7 days.

Ditto - i filed both my federal and state on the same date and both of mine are still pending, they're both pretty simple too. Not sure what the hold up is.

Mine three! Both Federal and State are still in pending mode and I submitted around noon on 2/25.  I'm starting to think it it is a TT issue!
