Your software is cycling back to updating brower screen over and over

I am soooooooo frustrated with your company. I have tried numerous times for hours and hours to simply get into my account and get last years tax returns printed so I can go to the Indiana tax office and take care of a problem your software created with my daughter's returns because she lived in one state and worked in another in the summer. Your stupid automated phone system will not let  me talk to a body, even though once 2 hours ago it did and that customer service person told me to just sign in to my account and the documents tab would pop up and let me print last years returns, instead when I sign into my account it immediately goes to a screen demanding I update my browser - which I've done 4 TIMES. Once it updates it stays stuck on that update screen, NEVER allowing me to see any tabs or go to documents or  print my returns. I've rebooted gone out and back into Intuit/Turbo talk a dozen times and no resolution. Somebody pleaseeeeeee help!

Please be sure to enter the correct product, edition, and a detailed description of your issue. Once you fill out the form you will be given a service ticket number and a phone number to contact customer care.

Please contact our customer care if you have already tried updating your browser and that did not resolve the issue.

I am so frustrated too. And the help on the phone is not helpful they just keep asking if I have a security issue. I guess I will go to HR Block. This company is awful.
