I printed my state return but ran out of ink in the process, I need to print the page that the ink ran out on, on my state return.

You may print/download your tax return, along with any other instructions or forms that were included in your return, from your tax timeline.  Follow the instructions listed in this following TurboTax FAQ, but instead of clicking to download your .PDF file or .TAX file,  select to Download all forms and worksheets.  This way you can view all pages but print the pages you need from your computer. The state will be on the same .PDF as the federal, but after.
