I just filed 2014 & 2015 returns on which both I have refunds coming. Do I enter the refunds on 2016 return even though I have not received them or wait and until 2017?

You don't enter Federal refunds on your return. State refunds received are entered on your return because they may be taxable. You don't enter them on your 2016 return. You enter them in the year you receive them which would be on your 2017 taxes.
