The "My Tax Online" tab does not open. I cannot print my returns, either this year or last year. What is going on? I can save but not print??? I need hard copies.

How can Turbo Tax be "closed" and unavailable on tax day?

You can print your tax return, along with all worksheets or forms that were included in your return, from your tax timeline. Your filing instruction sheet will list any forms that you need to print and mail.  To do that, you will follow the instructions listed in this following TurboTax FAQ, but instead of clicking to download your .PDF file or .TAX file, you will choose to Download all forms and worksheets.
