You can get a transcript of your tax return from the IRS. You can get it one online right away (if it works), or you can order one by mail, and it will arrive in 5 - 10 days. For more information go to: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

And you can get a federal tax transcript by going to your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1
