I made a mistake. I don't have a 5805

You can delete the form. Here's how to delete Form 5805:

1. Select My Account from the top (Please ensure you have gone past the orange, ''Take me to my return'' button before you select ''My Account").
2. Select Tools from the drop down menu
3. Select Delete a Form from the list
4. Select Delete beside worksheets allied to Form 5805 and confirm
5. Do the same for the Form 5805
6. Immediately scroll to the bottom of the dialogue and select Back
