So I have filed my taxes, they've already been accepted over a month ago. However my return has been withheld by the TOP, due to back child support. Because of this i am required to pay the filing fee

You can call customer service to make a payment at (800) 446-8848.

You still owe the fee because it is not program error that you did not receive your refund.

How does a 2021 extension payment get recorded with the 2023 turbotax software? This was not recorded in 2021 or 2022 tax years. (IRS guidance is to file a schedule 3)
