Learned 1098 sent by bank wrong. PMI not listed. So didn’t include on filed form thus missing out on deduction. What can I do? Will it matter?

You can amend. You will not know to the degree it helps until you enter the deduction. If you already had sufficient to itemize, it is likely this will help.
