Three children I help take care off can I calm them as depends and if so can I make a change to my already filed taxes?

My grandmother who raised me is now raising three children in out family, I live with them and help take care of them. One is severely autistic, another is a bit mentally delayed and the youngest has been with us for 4 years. Cab I claim them as depends? If so, can I change my already filed taxes?
