Before e-filing I would like to be given the choice to include information ( bank routing no.,account no. ) so that I can have my refund direct deposited to my bank

I buy delux sofware for 2021 tax and it say state and federal was included but now i been charge $40 dollar for no reason -_- i will not pay that turbotax why the scam
