Originally were told that State business forms were to be available on February 9, 2019, but was informed on February 28 that the downloads would only be online March 7, 2019

Many users are not aware that the IRS and states must approve TT's versions (programming) of their respective forms before they can be released. This can take extra time, especially given all the tax law changes as described in the answer below.

Yes I still cannot download AZ state forms to do state taxes.  Was told March 1 they would be available.  So still getting auto update errors.  Auto update still not working, maybe because of State form problem?

Yes there have been delays in many of the federal and state forms this year due to all the tax law changes so patience will be required .... see the latest estimated dates on the charts ....
