Your post cut off in mid-sentence.  There are a lot of delays for federal refunds for 2019 tax return due to the pandemic.  What do you think the TT help did that was incorrect?  Or is your return simply one of the many, many, many returns that are taking a very long time for the IRS to process?

What product edition did you use?   TurboTax has only 1 free product (Free Edition), which is only for very simple tax returns--a Form 1040 with no other forms and schedules.

Have you already paid?  If not, we can tell you how to use the IRS Free File program at the IRS website to select a provider that provides free tax return preparation and efiling if you meet certain requirements.   The providers available there do not have the forms limitations.   Some of the providers there also provide free state tax returns, but some are limited to only certain states, so you have to read the offers carefully.
