Yes I used my work card for direct deposit well I contacted my card company and they explained that I couldn't do that and it won't get deposited. How do I get my refund?

Did you already file?  If the card or bank rejects the deposit the IRS will mail you a check to the address on your return.

Yes I already filed it was suppose to be in my account by the 12th of February but they said it won't go threw. Soif it's getting mailed when should I expect it

If your refund is rejected by your company card's bank, the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.
