What?   Can you clarify your question?   You can not use Turbo Tax Online to do a 2023 return.   Online is only good for 2025.   Did you enter 2023 into Online this year?   Then you have a big problem.

Who are "they"? Are "they" auditing your 2023 tax return or your 2025 tax return? Federal or state? What tax return do you want to make sure is for 2023? Are you trying to get a copy of a 2023 tax return that you previously filed?

If you are preparing a new tax return now in TurboTax Online it's not for 2023. It's for 2025. To prepare a tax return for 2023 you have to use TurboTax Desktop for 2023.
