Since I have my 2022 return on my desktop, I went ahead and ordered a 2023 from Amazon (at a substantial lower price).
Glad you got your 2023 software. Still not sure why your original post began with "Wrong TurboTax."
Turbotax kept telling me that I had NOT filed my 2022 taxes and would not let me order 2023 unless I completed 2022. I went around them...and yes a completely paid for subscription (2022) purchased from Amazon and e-filed both Fed and State.
That is very weird. Never heard of that. Maybe you were trying to buy 2023 before it was released? Wish we could see a screen shot of it saying you had to complete 2022. Or you were on the screen to buy 2022.
I was trying to buy 2023 Turbotax on a special offer from Intuit and every time I got so far with the order, TT brought up that I still had to file my 2022 taxes. I did scan the response from TT. How best can I send you a copy...it's on my desktop?
