You can request a replacement card by logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen. Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.

I have not received my card due to wrong address on file and can't get into my Visa account cause I don't remember my log in info how do I recover it

I put in the wrong email address. I've been able to fix it on my profile, but the email associated with my tax return hasn't been updated. I haven't filed yet. Help?
