Would turbo tax send me a card, if I wasn’t receiving my return

If you elected to have your refund received on a prepaid card when completing your return, it would trigger for a card to be sent to you.  If, however, the IRS calculates an offset, you may receive less than you expected or no refund.  We would have no way of knowing this as any offsets due to other factors are determined by the IRS.  For more information, please see below:
