Would the Where’s My Refund page tell me if I had an offset? Mine says it’s been approved and I’m gonna receive my refund on 2/22. It doesn’t say anything about an offset even tho

Usually, it would display the tax topic related to offsets if there was a possibility that your refund would be affected by one. That isn't always the case though-you would have to contact the Bureau of the Fiscal Service to determine if you will be affected by an offset. See below.
