Would something be wrong with my federal refund if I received my state refund first? I have always gotten my federal first then the state refund. Maybe a week later.

Federal was accepted but hasn't changes in status since. So get state refund first threw me off a little.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

OR——if you filed by mail, expect a long wait.   It is taking the very backlogged IRS six to nine months to process mailed returns.   Until a human opens your envelope and enters the data into the system, nothing will even show up on the refund site, so you will have to be very patient.

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act.  Do not expect your refund earlier than late February.

Have you checked the IRS app “Where’s My Refund?” or IRS2GO on a mobile device?

Your return may still be processing. That doesn’t mean there’s something wrong, but it means a delay. Sometimes IRS may be verifying your identity before sending a refund.

An Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit may also delay your federal return as Tax Champ @xmasbaby0 mentions.

Where's My Refund? should show an updated status by February 18 for most early EITC/ACTC filers. The IRS expects most EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by February 28 if taxpayers chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return.
