Won’t let me pull up my 2019 tax return

Please explain what you mean by "pull up".   What exactly is your situation, and what are you doing?

Have you already filed a 2019 return, it's been accepted, and you want to download/print a copy for your records?    And is there some download/print problem?

Or does TurboTax think you were finished, but you haven't yet filed, so your return is closed, and you need to know how to get back to the interview to keep working on it?

Or do you log in to your account and see no evidence of a 2019 return at all in that account?

Before your tax return is filed you have to complete the File section of the program.  On Step 2, when taxes are owed, you were given several options on how to pay the taxes owed.  What did you choose?
