Look at Line 21 in your 2019 return.

Look at your 2019 Form 1040.  Lines 21 b and d show the bank account used -- or look at the page of filing instructions that print out with the pdf of your return.  however---if you were having TT fees deducted from your refund, the banking numbers you see on the tax form will be the numbers for the third party bank---not YOUR card.   So looking at your tax return might not really help.   Going forward, write this kind of information down somewhere and store it securely to avoid losing your account information.
