With my W-2 do I enter all 3 copies

You only enter one copy of the W-2 on your tax return.  Preferably Copy B.

If you were to mail in the returns you would send one copy to the feds, one to the state and keep one for your records which is why 3 copies are sent to you ... ONLY enter one in the program unless you want to pay taxes on 3 times the income you actually made.
