That depends on how you chose to get your refund sent to you. There are several different options, you can have it direct deposited into a bank account, have a paper check or have it loaded onto a NetSpend prepaid Visa. If you chose the Visa option then that is how you will be receiving your refund, and if you don't have a NetSpend card already you will be sent one.
