Will turbotax reimport 2019 return info automatically after I amended 2019? (I had already started 2020 return before I amended 2019 and it doesn't seem to refresh)

It will not cannot  refresh ... the only option would be to clear the 2020 return you started and start over from scratch ... this is easier with the downloaded version.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
