Will the IRS have my banking information for the stimulus money if I filed my taxes in 2019 but did not get a refund?

I had to put my banking info in for my state refund for 2019 so I did enter it. I did get a refund in 2018 but it was a different bank.

No, the IRS won't pick up your bank information from the state. If you used direct debit to pay your balance due for 2019, they will use that information.

If you paid your taxes a different way, I would suggest using the IRS app to submit your bank information. It is not active yet, but is expected to go live soon.
