The stimulus bill is not yet final, and the IRS will not issue guidance until after it is final. However, if you have already filed for 2019 and did NOT have anything deducted from your refund by a third party (such as refund advance repayment or TurboTax fees), under the Senate-passed bill the most likely destination for your stimulus check will be the same as your 2019 refund (i.e., your Turbo card). Again, this is NOT final.
My card new card is saying I'm locked out it's a replacement for a lost or stolen card I had reported. You sent me a new card that needs to be activated but can't until you lift the security lock

The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169. Follow the steps below. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
