Will my State load to my turbo card or will I receive a check?

If you chose the Turbo card as your refund method, both federal and state refunds would be deposited to it once they're released.

I tracked my state taxes and it says they are completed but they haven't loaded on to my card, do I have to wait till my Federal is done as well in order to get both of them?

No, you can receive your state tax refund prior to your federal refund. If your state is showing approved and has a direct deposit date that has passed at least 5 days ago, then you will need to reach out to your state tax department.
