or will the TurboTax fee already be deducted from my final return. also are state returns taking longer than federal this year? one more...when I get my return will it be reflect on the Turbo Tax website right away?

As soon as your return gets approved, they'll send Turbo Tax their payment then direct the rest you. Your state return all depends on your state IRS office.
