No.    If you used the recovery rebate credit to get the 2nd stimulus check it will be part of your refund for your 2020 tax return.  The 3rds stimulus check is unrelated and will come to you separately.

TurboTax cannot track your 3rd stimulus or tell you when it will arrive.  The IRS is issuing 3rd stimulus checks on its own timetable.

Yes, if you are eligible, applied for them as a Recovery Rebate Credit, and the IRS approves them.
