Will I receive a new card or will my refund go to the card I received last year?

If the card is active and you know the routing and account numbers then you can have the tax refunds deposited on that card, just enter the information the same as you would for your bank account. You can contact Customer Service toll-free at (888) 285-4169 for that information or visit the website, TurboPrepaidCard.com. Otherwise you will receive a new card.
