When you submit your 2020 tax return you will have a chance to reconcile all your stimulus payments due to you.

let me add some more detail.... the ONLY thing that now matters related to stimulus is your 2020 tax return.  the past is the past.  there is a 'settle up' section on the 2020 tax return to calculate how much more stimulus you may be eligible for.  It is based on not only your filing status and your dependents under the age of 17,but your 2020 income.  Watch Line 30 of Form 1040 closely that the stimulus you are expecting is filled in on this line.  While your child was born in Dec, 2019, everyone with a child born in 2020 is going to deal with this 'settle up'

Note that this may not yield additional stimulus if your income is high enough.
