Will I be affected by the path act? The estimated date of my refund from TurboTax said it would be the 2/15/2018.

If you have the additional child care tax credit or earned income tax credit on your return, the IRS will not be releasing refunds until 2/15/2018. The estimated date that Turbo Tax provided is based on what the IRS has released. Best place to check the status of your refund would be here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Majority of the  ppl who are affected by the path act won't get a status update until tomorrow Feb 17 on the irs site

My status changed from path act and topic 152 this morning but it says my return was received and being processed it's so confusing.. I haven't gotten any letters or codes on my wmr I'm worried. I filed 16 days ago.
