Why won’t turbo tax give me a copy of my 2018 return? It keeps telling me that I have to start my 2019 return. I have already filed 2019 with another tax program

Furthermore it tries telling me that my 2018 return can’t be found. However on the previous page, I get a summary of my filed return with efile status.

For this particular issue you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance since you should be able to access your prior year tax return if you are signing onto your account with the same User ID that you used to create the prior year account.
