Why won't Turbo Tax business let me submit my amdended return?

I'm trying to amend my partnership tax return since I mistakenly put my partner as a foreign partner since I misunderstood what Turbo tax was asking when they were asking if he was a foreign partner. (Asking are they not a U.S. citizen is a terrible question for whether or not someone is a foreign partner FYI.) I go through the whole process that Turbo tax Business takes me through but then when it gets to file, it says it cannot be filed electronically? Why? Do I have to print the amended return and mail it in?

My state does not even accept mailed returns, I'm not sure if I would have to send an amended return to my state though for that one change.

It appears that TT does not support efiling of Form 1065-X.

Would be nice if they told me that from the beginning.. Does that mean I need to print and mail?

Yes, if you wish to amend your partnership return,you will need to print and mail it in.
