why when i try to track my tax return and it asks me to put in my social if i’m single and how much i’m getting in return when i do it, it says my information is wrong?

Are you using the refund amount from line 35a of your Form 1040?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
