Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS/State releases your refund. Have you checked on your State's Department of Revenue site?
The IRS states that most federal tax refunds are issued within 21 days of acceptance, however, some may take longer if they require additional review.
Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
Why do some refunds take longer than others?
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

I'm a fellow user, not a TurboTax employee. I don't really understand your original question. The best I can tell, is this your situation?
If you efiled your Michigan state return, and if the Tax Home page of your TurboTax account shows it was accepted, then I presume you are trying to find its status at the Michigan Dept. of Treasury lookup tool and have been unable to do so, and that you have been unable to reach anyone at the Michigan Dept. of Treasury.
If that's your situation, and if you need to speak to the Michigan Dept. of Treasury, and you are unable to get hold of anyone at their regular number for refund status, then try using this Treasury phone number at the link below. On the page scroll down a little, and on the right side of the screen you'll see the main Treasury phone number and hours.
https://www.michigan.gov/treasury/contact-us/treasury-directory
When that Treasury department answers, they may say that's not their department. If so, tell them you are having a problem reaching anyone, and ask them to please transfer you to the correct department.
Or contact your Michigan state representative's local office (not US Congressman) and ask them to assist you in reaching the MI Dept. of Treasury or see if they will help you check on your state refund status.
Well I did everything calls emails I just got tax transcript not saying nothing but everything I filed I give up
