Why tax refund has been created since 2012. And. None has successful cash funds?

Sorry---your post does not make much sense. It is too late to get a tax refund for any tax year earlier than 2018 at this point. If you did not file your tax return from 2012 within three years of the filing deadline -- so by 2016--- you forfeited your income tax refund. You have three years from the filing deadline for a tax year to file a tax return and still receive your refund. After that it is too late and you lose it. If you owe tax due, however, it still has to be paid.

Are you behind in filing returns for other past years? Do you need help with filing for 2018, 2019 or 2020?
