Not sure where you are looking. Your account will show your federal and state refunds. And you can look at your federal Form 1040 to see your refund on line 35a. To track your federal refund on the IRS site you will need to use that amount.
Or....do you owe federal tax? If you owe money to the IRS, the amount you owe will be on line 37 of your federal form 1040. (and there will not be any amount on line 35a).

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
What is "it" that does not show your federal refund? If you are referring to TurboTax, where exactly in TurboTax are you looking?
