Why is there a delay in my State of Minnesota refund when I received a letter from the Minnesota Department of Revenue for the Tax Verification Code

I filled it out a month ago and the status of my refund still states about the letter they sent me and no progress on my refund

same but i think its cause there is alot of fraud all i had to do was do what letter said to verify that i filled the taxes and that the info given to them is correct
