Why is none of my 2015 information showing up?

You likely have multiple accounts without realizing it.  To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  Try using your phone number first.  If you try using your email address, and you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters. 

If you still can't find your 2015 return after all that, then here's how to reach Customer Support.  They open in 8 minutes.

Are you saying you cannot find any evidence of your 2015 online return in either of the two accounts?   And what do you mean by "accessible?"   Does that mean you can't find it, or that you can see it, but access to the return is locked until you pay to unlock it?

i've used TT for years. I can't find my previous returns. do I have to pay for 2016 before? Also none of my personal info is autofilling

No, you don't have to pay for 2016 in advance if you used a paid edition in 2015.  You only have to pay 2016 in advance if access to the 2015 return is locked, such as a Free Edition return..     If you're not seeing any evidence of the 2015 return in the Tax Timeline, and the 2015 info (from a paid 2015 edition) didn't transfer into your 2016 return, that means you are not in the right account.    I'll tell you how to troubleshoot multiple accounts in my answer below.
